ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICIES
We have a 30-day exchange policy only, NO REFUNDS which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only if its defective or item received is incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange item must be in same new condition as received, unused and unworn in its original packaging, you will also need proof of purchase/receipt. To request an exchange, you can contact us at noventasbrand@gmail.com. State the reason for request of exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
